Sellouk Law was founded in 2026 by Roey Sellouk, a Nevada-licensed attorney (State Bar No. 16623) who began his career as a law clerk at the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. Reading the briefing on dispositive motions, researching the law, and drafting the court's orders gave him a clear view of what actually separates a winning case from a losing one — and it is rarely the facts. It is preparation, discipline, and the precision of the work.

The firm's lower contingency fee is not a gimmick. In a typical Las Vegas personal injury case, the attorney's fee is the single largest deduction from a client's settlement — often larger than the medical liens.
