Roey began his career in insurance defense, served as a law clerk to Judge James C. Mahan of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, and then practiced at a national law firm in its consumer financial services group. Roey Sellouk founded Sellouk Law in 2026 after seeing injury cases from more than one side. He began his career in insurance defense, where he saw how insurers evaluate injury claims and look for reasons to pay less. He then served as a law clerk to Judge James C. Mahan of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, reading both sides' briefing and drafting the court's orders. Before opening the firm, he practiced at a national law firm in its consumer financial services group.

At Sellouk Law, Roey works each file personally, with the support of the firm's team, from the first call through resolution. He is licensed in Nevada (Bar No. 16623) and represents injured people across Las Vegas, Henderson, and Clark County.

There is no upfront payment. Sellouk Law works on a standard contingency fee: 33 1/3% of the recovery if your case resolves before a lawsuit is filed, and 40% if it resolves after a lawsuit is filed. The firm advances case costs, which are deducted from the recovery before the attorney percentage is calculated. If there is no recovery, the client owes no attorney fee and no case costs.
In most Nevada injury cases, you have 2 years from the date of the injury to file a lawsuit under NRS 11.190(4)(e). Wrongful death claims generally have 2 years from the date of death. Claims against government entities and claims involving minors can follow different rules, so it is safer to talk with a lawyer well before the deadline.
Get medical care first, even if you feel fine, because some injuries show up later. If it is safe, call the police, photograph the vehicles, the scene, and your injuries, and get the other driver's insurance and witness contact information. Report the crash to your own insurer, but avoid giving a recorded statement to the other driver's insurer before speaking with a lawyer.
Not to the other driver's insurer, at least not before you talk with a lawyer. Nevada law does not require you to give the at-fault driver's insurer a recorded statement. Adjusters use these calls to lock in details before your injuries are fully known. Your own policy may require you to cooperate with your insurer, so review it or ask us first.
Yes. Sellouk Law represents passengers, drivers, pedestrians, and other motorists hurt in Uber and Lyft crashes across Las Vegas. Nevada law (NRS 690B.470) requires at least $1 million in coverage while a rideshare driver is providing transportation services, but which policy applies depends on the driver's app status at the moment of the crash, so trip records matter early.
Yes. A crash or fall in Las Vegas is generally handled under Nevada law, and leaving the state does not end your claim. Much of the work can be done by phone, email, and video while you recover at home. The same 2-year deadline under NRS 11.190(4)(e) applies, and evidence such as video footage disappears quickly, so contact a Nevada lawyer early.
